Warmup Exercises

  1. Sit with legs outstretched and Touch Toes about 40 times.
  2. Rub K1 point on feet in a circular motion about 12 times in each direction.
  3. Alternatives
    1. Thust arms out and flick fingers.
    2. Push out diagonally slowly and with some isometric force.
  4. Alternative neck stretches
    1. With hands on hips, and eyes closed, turn head slowly from side to side. about ?? times.
    2. With hands on hips, and eyes closed, bow down and turn the whole torso along with the head. about ?? times
  5. Interlace fingers, start with back of hands on forhead, and push up while looking at back of hand slowly steightening arms. about ?? times.
  6. Back of head Alternitives about ?? times.
    1. Place palms over ears and tap back of head with all fingers.
    2. Place palms over ears and snap index finger off of middle finger onto back of head.
  7. Nock teeth togegher about 100 times.
  8. Swerll toung around teeth one way then the other about 24 times each way.
  9. Swallow Siliva.
