Finishing up Exercises

  1. Slowly stretch out legs.
  2. Rub knees and wiggle legs for about 45 seconds.
  3. WIggle a bit harder and knock toes together.
  4. Stretch ankles forward and back about 6 times.
  5. Knock some more.
  6. Rotate feet around in oposite directions about 12 times then reverse
  7. Knock some more.
  8. Stand up and swing arms around torso hitting the stomach and small of back simultainiously 12 times.
  9. Continue swinging and rotate the torso with each swing another 12 times.
  10. Slap arms up and down the maridians always moveing along the maridian flow direction 5 times.
    1. From shoulder down arm to back of hand.
    2. Turn hand over then from palm of hand to sholder.
  11. Do other arm.
  12. Slap sides armpit to waist down the Gall Bladder meridian and up the Splean meridian. 3 times each side.
  13. Kidneys and legs 3 times each of the following
    1. Swing the arms around back and slap the kidnies 9 times
    2. Slap down the backs of the legs
    3. Slap up the frount of the legs to the stumach
  14. Rub hands together for 7 seconds, then rub face and head. repeat 3 times
  15. Tap head all over with fingers especially the crown centerline.
  16. Optionaly at night, Do a Jing conservation exercise. (see: MiscUp)
