Hi all,

Just checking this one out.  Technology is not my forte, as they say!!  Writing from a wonderfully sunny, not too hot Shanghai where I am visiting family.  What a fantastic city, in every sense of te word.  Very futuristic and a big culture shock after the Mountain.  But still managing to practice night and morning regardless...and it seems the transmission is just sitting there in the dantien, waiting for that moment of quiet and peace to instantly reappear.  What a gift we were given.  Thanks Jesse for all the work, and effort, and open heartedness you put in to make it possible for us all to share and experience the teachings which you had discovered on your own journey...  And thanks Cliff for creating the tool which allows us to stay in contact with each oter and continue to share our experiences as we move into the SELF aspect of cultivation
