[Reverbia Camp Organizers] DPW Astron power supplies

Good to know it works.  Honestly, barely tested it.  I plugged one pump into it, and saw no indication anything worked, so gave up on it.  Since I only needed one power supply anyway, I just moved everything to the other one, which had a gauge and on-light.  
The pump, it turned out, was dead anyway. 
Glad it works.  it's good to have a backup.  I was going to test it eventually, but it wasn't in a convenient location, so I didn't get to it.  (I'm allowed to be lazy sometimes, right?)

So the second Astron power supply does in fact work. Their are no power 
light, Volt, or Amp meter, indications, so externally it looks dead but
