[Reverbia Camp Organizers] DPW Astron power supplies

Hi Folks,

Say, I just removed Isabel and Jeff Owery from this list since they 
haven't come in several years, and I added Cobalt.

So the second Astron power supply does in fact work. Their are no power 
light, Volt, or Amp meter, indications, so externally it looks dead but 
there is voltage on the output.

Did we not test that on playa?
