Notes:

The Panel is a bit lacking, and it needs a transponder and ADS-B out, maybe a radio and probably IFR instruments. So we would have to add all that to the price. It did have wing tip and sponson damage at one point that was repaired. That may have been the time their was an engine out and he put down in a swamp. It had to be air lifted out with a helicopter.That was in the late 90's or 2000's

The logs are long and sometimes in french, not sure if there was any other damage, but it was well maintained. Strangely the CDN registration page says the max weight is 2600 lbs, not 2400, maybe the Bat Wings mod upped it.

The import process:

Because it's in Canada, there is a somewhat complex import process, but the selling company has lots of experience with it. Though probably we would not be allowed into Canada to inspect the plane in person, so we would have to rely on a mechanic to do that for us.

A Designated Airworthiness Representative "DAR" cost is about $1200.

There is  a client that asked me that and I had made a facetime with him. Absolutely no dent over there. I guess it’s sometimes caused by rough landings.

Sincerely, with new paint, 0 time prop overhauled 2020, fresh annual, digital engine monitors, it doesn’t get better than this for 79K CAD.
Not to say it has all the good mods with Cargo Door, AUX tanks, batwings and hull hydro booster.
