[Reverbia Camp Organizers] Water for this year and next

Hello,

So not sure on the best way to handle water delivery. They seem to want 
a signature and a Credit Card at the time of delivery. We are signed up 
for 1100G at 50c a G. So its $550 on someones card, or cash I guess.
